Become a WPATH Certified Member

what is a certified member of wpath?

Certified members of WPATH are those people who have undergone additional rigorous training and education in the knowledge and use of the current Standards of Care to translate these into sensitive and responsive, effective practice of care with trans and gender diverse people.

The GEI educational process includes 50 hours of coursework, an examination, and a minimum 10 hours of mentorship consultation. Certified WPATH members commit themselves to staying current in evidence-based treatment and consensus in the international field of gender diversity health care through continuing education and participation in dialog with other WPATH members worldwide.
